Why should I create an account on WeddingEar?
It makes your shopping much easier, allowing you to:
• Check the status of your current order and keep tracks of your orders and returns
• Enjoy the easiest way to contact Customer Service
• Store your shipping and payment information to make checking out easily.
• Leave feedback about our products and share your purchasing experience.

How do I register?
Click "Sign up" at the top right corner of our website. You can register with Facebook, Google+, or Email account.

What if I forgot my password?
Click the "forgot password" at the Log in page, fill in your registered email then we’ll send an email to your registered email box. You can reset your password by the email link.

Can I remove item from the shopping cart?
Yes, if the order is not placed, you can remove the item you do not want to have from shopping cart. But you have placed the order already, you can’t delete any item any more.

What happens if my item is out of stock?
For our popular item, it might go out of stock quickly. We will still continue working with our factory to ensure the items displaying on our website will be available to our customers.
Once the item in your processing order is out of stock, we will notify you by email and you can choose to replace it with another item or require a refund.

Can you custom make the item(s)?
Sorry that we do not provide custom-made service currently. All the items we could provide are listed on our site. The items should be the same as it is displayed and described on our website.

Order & Payment

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed but not payed yet, it cannot be altered or modified if any information is not correct. But you can cancel the unpaid order and create a new order and proceed to pay for the correct one. If you have already complete the payment, if you want to modify or cancel your order, you can contact our customer service team to help you.

Can I exchange my item, size or shipping address of a paid order?
Yes, to make changes to your order before it is shipped, send us an email at support@WeddingEar.com. Please note that we could only help you change the information before shipped out. Therefore, please confirm your order information carefully when you place your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card

Do you deliver to UK/AU/Germany/France etc.?
We could ship to most countries as we are offering international shipping.

Is it free shipping for all orders?
Yes, we are offering free shipping for each order.

Is there any additional fee or tax?
We do not charge any extra fee for your order. What we charged is the price for item(s) itself.
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fee, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax). However for some European countries, our customers may need to pay the duties or VAT according to your countries' levying rules.

How fast can I expect my order after I placed my order?
After we receive your order, we need 3-6 working days to process the order. And it takes 7-15 days for the parcel to be delivered after it was sent out. Total delivery time=Processing time+Shipping time
Please note that all the time frame are based on data in average. There maybe some differences for different items or different destinations.

My order status is still "Process", when will it be shipped?
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Before we ship your order, we conduct a strict Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure your product's quality prior. The processing time varies by location, depending on the specification of the product. Our average time and goal is to ship you order in 2-5 days. All orders receive an email with tracking conformation of the shipment.In case of any question and unexpected delay you can always contact our customer service.

How can I track my package? Can I have a tracking number for my package?
Once an order has been shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Please track it in your member account:
• Login your member center and click "my account".
• Find the order which you want to trace and you will see the tracking NO. and shipping courier.
• Use the tracking No. to trace on the website of shipping courier.

Return & Exchange

What is your return policy?
Item(s) returned should be unused, undamaged, and in original wrappings.

How soon can I expect my refund for return?
We will process refund for return within 5-7 business days after we received the packages returned.
FYI: It may take longer time (maybe 1-2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for your issuing bank if your original payment method is Credit card.
